New term start date
Hello All,
Hope I find you all well rested and ready for another year of musical learning...
With our magnificent summer drawing to a close it's now time to think about taking your instruments out of your closets, your attics, your garden sheds and start exercising those stiff little fingers again...
As you may already know Everest School of Music has expanded its range of courses, and is now offering classes for PIANO, DRUMS, VIOLIN, TIN WHISTLE, MANDOLIN, TENOR BANJO & BODHRAN on top of the ever popular GUITAR course.

I'll be posting more information over the next few weeks regarding details of course content, teacher profiles, class availability, etc but please be aware that places are very limited so book your class asap and start training that creative brain of yours...

Welcome to Everest School of Music
At Everest School of Music we believe you're never too old or too young to learn an instrument. If you decide to learn (whatever your age) you'll not only get hours of enjoyment from your instrument but playing an instrument has been proven to increase your intelligence! With this in mind, we specialise in teaching adults and children alike, in a fun, positive and non pressured environment. Playing a musical instrument has also been proven to reduce stress, increase cognitive development, stave off depression and exercise the brain. Plus, it's fun!
Our Courses
From the complete novice to the accomplished player, and from the multi instrumentalist to the curious type, we have courses for nearly everyone. Our lesson are usually on a 10 week-term basis, although this may vary depending on the chosen course. All our teachers have years of experience teaching their instruments and we do our utmost to match specific teachers with student's preferences in music. Therefore, whatever style of music you're into, you can be assured there's an excellent teacher for you! Each applicant is initially assessed to determine their level and musical preferences, and progress is monitored during the course through regular assessments. Your progress as a musician is our top priority.
